Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Free Shipping
Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders over $50 CAD within Canada and the United States.
Shipping Insurance
All orders are shipped with package protection included at no extra cost. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, we'll replace it or issue a full refund. Simply contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package at any time using the link provided. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada and the United States. International shipping to additional countries is coming soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand.
Customs & Duties (US Orders)
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.
Delivery Issues
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at contact@restreset.com and we'll investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll ship a replacement at no charge.
